Alternative methods of carriage
Royal Mail
We will assess the item and give you an estimate by the working day following the receipt of the item. When the estimate is accepted by you the item will be scheduled and the estimated delivery time will run from then.
Deliver personally
Please note our technicians are unlikely to be available to start on your item immediately, so we would be unable to give you an estimate there and then.
We can arrange collection and delivery
Posting parcels can be expensive for items over a certain weight and that many of our customers being members of the public have no facilities for this.
We can arrange to have your item collected; all you need do is email us with your details and we will email you back a 'way-bill' to stick on your parcel. This service would be payable before returning your unit. If after quoting you decide not to go ahead with the service, we would still require payment for shipping prior to returning the unit.
Please make sure the item is securely packed, we will not accept responsibility for any damage to the unit sustained in transit do to insecure packing.
On completion we will request the payment prior to dispatching your repaired/reconditioned item.
Prices for carriage for UK Mainland
- Up to 20Kg £16.00 (plus VAT)
- 20-50Kg £50 (plus VAT)
- 50Kg - 500Kg £80 (plus VAT) (Parcels over 50KG should be packed on a standard pallet)
- 500Kg > POA
If you wish, we can arrange for our carrier to collect parcels from your address. Please note you will be charged for this carriage on your final bill
We can dispatch to Europe or worldwide, POA
Methods of payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, cheques and cash.
Where payment has been made using a cheque or bank transfer we will not release the goods until we have cleared funds.
