Restoring Classic Car Dynamo LRD100
The Lucas C40 dynamo is also known as part number LRD100; it has an original number on it of 22704A and has an output of 22 amps. It is also a replacement for the earlier C39 Dynamo.
The C40 dynamo will fit the following vehicles:

- Ford Escort Mk1 1.3/1.6 - up to 1973
- Land Rover 2.25 - up to 1973
- Morgan Plus Four 1.6 - up to 1974

- MG Midget 1300 - up to 1973
- Triumph Spitfire Mk3 - up to 1972
